You're right, they're not all corrupt,

however judging from those judges who have FINAL SAY, such as in an appeals courts or those that are conveniently "appointed"(and owe favors or want to keep their jobs) - those judges seem to be the ones that matter and so far, as records have shown, they are definitely corrupt - bought and paid for.
