Here's my rather ironic answer...
OK, so if the person has sexual dysfunction or depression, they are still allowed to own a gun. So long as they keep all bottled up inside and tell no one, they can walk in and buy a gun, no worries.
If they choose to go seek help from "the professionals" it is a sign that they are clearly insane, as the professional pass out suicide pills. This insanity will be turned to violence by the drugs the professionals prescribe. So, once they seek and receive help, they are no longer fit to handle a gun.
You know, they are not as wrong as I thought... Self-fulfilling regulations?
