I'm glad to hear this person has received Christ, but some of the interpetations need correcting.
Based on his interpetation of grace he said, "We are the judge of no men! We have no jurisdiction over any man, and those who say they do are evil. I cannot punish a man for anything-when I have no jurisdiction over him to begin with!" We are Gods vessels here on earth so if this were true, God would be an anarchist, and of course, He is not. We use the law to convict and incarcerate criminals who, while in prison, can choose to repent and by the grace of God receive forgiveness. And victims of crime who are Christian are called to forgive the criminal. Grace and law coexist in order to achieve a compassionate justice here on earth.
Christians are saved by grace through faith in Christ, but Christ also said not one jot or tittle shall pass from the law, the law shall be fulfilled. Also, the apostle Paul exercised judgement when rebuking false teaching in 1st century Christian churches. And anyone with children knows that teaching them right and wrong, and punishing wrong doing, is an essential part of being a good parent. Check out the following comment of false teaching.
