What do you expect from the

What do you expect from the police chief of a city whose mayor is Rahm Emanuel?

Law enforcement officers who don't respect the Constitution are a far greater danger to the public than any number of private citizens with guns. I only want police chiefs who are card carrying members of Oath Keepers.
