Concealed carry permits are virtually impossible to obtain in California anyway. Many have political or police connections, so if Sanchez wants to tax her friends she can go right ahead. Californians who feel the need to protect themselves in public would have to do so illegaly now that open carry was banned there as well.
A host of additional draconian gun control bills are in the works which mandate liability insurance and restrict/regulate/liscence ammo purchasing. Californians have totally screwed themselves.
