If you get hassledabout vaccinations, just tell them that you will be happy to vaccinate your child if the doctor or nurse or hospital administering the vaccine will indemnify you ine writing against any harm and expense that may come as a result of the vaccination. They'll say no and you walk.

Getting out of the birth certificate is another good idea. But particularly in hospitals that can take a special kind of stamina to resist. They may try to hold you hostage, in a bureaucratic manner, if you don't fill out human chattle certificate.
