Here is the spectrum.

The mode is around 500nm, which is cyan. But there is a long tail on the longer wavelength side. If you could see unfiltered sunlight, it would appear greenish yellow. S'truth.

Not to argue from authority, but for the record, I have studied color quite extensively. I know my way around Munsell, CIE colorimetric spaces, and all that. I got interested in it initially through oil painting.
