So I know Ron Paul did this so people will be defensive, but shouldn't that money go back to the Kentucky residents as a tax break instead of the treasury? basically the blackhole of government. If I was a resident of Rand Paul's district I would much rather see a tax break than my money going to the treasury, probably end up going straight to Obama's skeet shooting or golf outings.
I'm open minded so I will appreciate discussion and logic as opposed to just down votes. Also I am not a Rand hater, just asking an honest question.
