here. You say an ancap "likely would agree that they have no right to involuntarily abuse someone else's body." So there's also the possibilty they wouldn't agree they don't have that right. Why? Because in the world you describe, all rights are subjective, i.e., based on individual interpetation. So in the ancap world, there is no agreement on what rights exist, let alone what rights should be enforced, and this is antithetical to a Constitutional Republic. And based on empirical observation, I don't buy your distinction between ancaps and anarchists. (Rand Paul: One person can make a difference) (Fast and Furious hearing)
