We have a vegan couple in the neighborhood who do the McDougall diet. He's 80 yrs old and looks 100, and acts like a whacked out 15 yr old. She cheats on the diet a bit, looks better but is still a mental fried-pie. I jokingly say they're suffering from "grain brain."

To me, most vegans look gray and pasty like McDougall and look like death is right around the corner.
