the instinctual self preservation exhibited by bees equates to the legal system created by humans, which is based on morality that transcends the the strong dominate the weak principle? The legal system created by humans has many examples of the law protecting the weak from the strong. This moral code in non-existant in the world of wild animals, which may instinctually protect their own young but prey upon the young of others.
