I haven't read Dreiser, but he's on my list

The thing is, if you're into dystopians like me, you devour every one that comes along, even the mediocre stuff.

I enjoyed certain elements of Hunger Games, but I thought book #3 Mockingjay, was pretty much a train wreck - but being a writer, I'm extra picky. I thought that Legend and Prodigy were much better books. Another author of young adult dystopian fiction is Cory Doctorow. His themes are more technological in nature.

I'm planning to self-publish the first in a trilogy some time this year. I write dystopian fiction for adults with a strong libertarian theme. Indie publishing suits my personality and my work.

If anyone is interested in dystopian fiction, feel free to like my FB page for updates on when the book will be out, excerpts, etc. Thanks. Link below.
