Note that apples and honey are alkaline producing foods that help balance the blood to a normal pH when eaten, and this helps keep the body healthy.

80% of your diet should be from the alkaline foods and only 20% from the acid foods. In the modern diet most food is eaten from the acid side of the chart, and that promotes illness.
