While this may not be "news"
(as your 'conspiracy kooks') believe it's news, there are insights to be gained from the vast majority of the nation's carriers being docked at once. Readiness is one gauge people would be interested in, and yes there are security issues with so many carriers in a place for a long period of time.
And you would do better than to imagine you're in some kind chest-shoving match when giving your own assessment. Not everything is about you v. Conspiracy Kooks, and it's quite dismissive.
