You guys posting about this being a big government takeover have no idea what you're talking about. 99% of you wouldn't go into the city if you saw it. It's a disaster. This is part of an emergency manager law in MI. When a city becomes so screwed in MI that they're hopeless, an emergency manager is appointed.
