You are joking, of course. So while Israel takes U.S. dough, and Rand indefinitely postpones the day when that dough is cut off, he thinks the U.S. ought to have no input at all when Israel continues to drag the American name through the mud by association with its settler policies? That is non-intervention only in the Bizarro World, and you obviously know it, based on your careful wording which I'm sure you consider clever, but which is actually ridiculous.
