11) year I first heard of Ron Paul: I heard of him during the 08 election but did not research him at the time which I now regret. In late 08/early 09ish I heard about him again when the tea party movement became popular but I dropped the ball again until sometime in 2011 when I kept having libs on huffpost call me a "paulbot" regularly at which point I started reading about him and decided paulbot was a badge of honor.
