voluntaryist system, individuals are "free to do as they want without violating the rights of others." First of all, voluntaryist systems by definition make the acknowledgement of others rights voluntary, meaning individuals can voluntarily reject the whole notion of rights. And even if some individuals voluntarily acknowledge the right of others, there is no mechanism to prevent others from voluntarily violating the rights of others.
