We are in a deflationary situation.

You're 22. Make sure you have a month of food and water for yourself. A little bit of junk silver. A little bit of self defense. A little cash. And DONT SPEND THE REST.

Yes, you should get some bug out land, but as long as we are still teetering and the dollar is not in free fall, hold on to the cash for now and DONT SPEND IT.

Wait for signs of a black swan and react accordingly. If we hit DEflation, buy property and keep some cash. If you see inflation buy gold on dips.
