we still lose. Say we end up and pass a resolution that explicitly prohibits the use of drones on non-combatant citizens or those who do not pose an imminent threat. Sounds like a great win doesn't it? Sort of... You see, that same resolution implicitly grants the government the right to use drones domestically. It's like you can't stop this beast from growing either way. The real debate? Should drones be allowed within US airspace at all, IE Do we have a right to privacy from monitoring through drones or not?
