enough to recognize that pro-liberty position is the upward trajectory.
As far as 'mainstream' GOP go, Sen. Lee is the only one I can see that even remotely comes close to Rand's position. Cruz is a bit to AIPAC-y for my taste.
Then again, even Rand, compared to his dad is only 20% in "Ron Paul-ness." Yup, that septuagenarian spoiled me... bad. Frankly don't expect ANYONE to live up to RP's principled consistency; he's once in a century kinda soul. I'm personally done with political process; as far as I'm concerned this Titanic is only headed in one direction.
That said, I personally saw the 1st inklings of a truly "Ron Paul Moment" on par with something that will get as close to a "Guiliani Moment" that Rand will have, tonight.
My Spidey sense went on alert: Rand definitely benefited from this long-format to really flesh out his philosophy. Hopefully, many more others felt the same, enough to 'wake up' and some among the R3VOL perhaps are rethinking Rand, despite his poorly timed Mutt WRONGney endorsement.
Something's definitely afoot though. I can feel it.
Predictions in due Time...
