I have to disagree.

If a person works for a wage, receives some FRNs, and pays them to the next guy, he is not stealing. But every FRN in existence was spent into circulation so it is easy to identify the victim and perp.

Now with Bitcoin, the miners are actually providing work and money, via computers and electricity, to mine. So they are not the beneficiaries. The passer-oners did not get anything for free. So who benefits when the coin fails? If no one benefits than an immoral act did not take place.
