I want to learn how to make my own dehydrated fruit wine.
I keep putting it off.
One of my friends dads makes a couple batches of some some pinot noir every year. The booze content is maybe 5-6% at best, but it's either tasty or tastes like crap, the lower gravity ones taste better to me depending on the grapes. He says it mostly depends on that year's grapes and temperature.
It's easy to make. It's only a two step fermentation process he uses (I don't know much about it), then bottle. He does two barrels. He also makes his own bread which is incredible. Older folks are intelligent.
People in their 70's and 80's are in the know.
