Rush's whole show today has been a Rand love fest. He said that Rand has won the hearts and minds of the people and now the old guard "neo-cons", McCain and Graham specifically, are worried that Rand is the same as his father and will now influence people towards a non-interventionist foreign policy.
I think it's notable that Rush used the term "non-interventionist". Rand built himself a lot of power and he did it by appealing to the masses. The talking heads will follow suit--everyone wants to be popular.
