This was NOT the final NDAA bill for FA 2013
Rand voted against the FINAL NDAA for FA 2013. He voted against the one that COUNTED.

The final bill passed 81-14. With Rand voting AGAINST the bill. So please people, stop perpetuating this falsity that Rand Paul actually voted for the final NDAA for 2013, because HE DIDNT
