I think the framing of the "bleeding heart libertarian" as he mentioned is what needs to happen here. People have a conception that libertarians are self-centered and don't care about people. When in fact that isn't true at all. They just don't think government is the answer to those issues and really hinders them in the end. People are social beings -just look at the social internet- so we need to stress that aspect and how libertarianism will actually form more social bonds and people helping each other more directly without government.
