I'm writing a text on this, but most anonymous setups, even from people who should know better, won't keep you anonymous from dedicated attacks, like you might find in a dictatorship looking for dissenters to pick off.
Because of fingerprinting, you don't even need to be logged on for a site to make a good guess as to who you are based on what type of articles you pull up, what other sites you visit before you change ip's - assuming you use a vpn or proxie, etc. IE there are probably very few other DP's who use DP, hot rod mag website, and amy's cookies websites, so even if you have everything set, delete your cookies between websites, etc, the fact that it's the same ip, a short space of time, and your the only user that visits all those sites, probably identifies you.
