...where is that LAW that says a ministry(that hasn't any idea what offerings they will receive) must withhold taxes for ministers/workers when he was convicted?

If I head out and street preach the biblical creation account tomorrow, and people throw money my way voluntarily; and you help me set up signs, videos, sound equipment - shall I report to the IRS what was donated? Shall I withhold taxes before giving YOU anything for your help? At what dollar level MUST I report and track; what if I just keep all the FRN's out of a bank, and buy silver at a coin shop with it???

Seems he modeled his ministry after SEVERAL well known wealthy other ministries/organized religions in these United States, and studied DEEPLY whose "thumb" a preacher of the Gospel is under in this country, based on our founders "original intent"!
