That is true. Even if future generations have that part right..

...it will be hard to maintain without comprehensive defenses against centralization of power. For example, even a people who work hard can be robbed of their wealth by a fiat currency structure. They can be fooled by a centralized education system, and they can be oppressed by a centralized military. These are but a few examples.

Localism postulates that power will be centralized over time unless specific steps are taken to stop it.
