I believe that even when the purity tests as such are avoided...

and even when 'prospects' or potential 'converts' understand what it is and what libertarianism is fully, it is still a hard-sell to quite a large percentage of people who are simply by their nature control-freaks, or the opposite end of that spectrum, the clueless ones who are happy there is a government in any form to take care of them, or they are conditioned enough by the system of competition, either on the factory floor or climbing the corporate ladder, to believe that government, love it or hate it, is necessary as a punitive force to keep society in line.
