Dont have time to go into it now. Just look our governor. Elected basically by the three largest cities - all very welfare dependant.
Same with our new Senator - Murphy. The guy is a bum, Linda McMahon spent millions. Didn't matter. As long as you contol the welfare populations, and keep them all in centralized areas - you can't lose. Basically - whoever the Dems put up - is winning.
And they answer to the national party, not the people.
