Most Attorneys won't even mention the subject of nullification

for fear of losing their right to practice in the judges court. Judges don't want their authority challenged in their court. Nullifacation returns the power to the jury and strips it from the judge. This is why the judge sentenced Mark to 145 days without a trial .
