HTML format disappear viewing /user/999/comments

HTML tags such as 'ul' aint'indenting. 'ol' ain't ordering.
Missing closing tags allow comments to run off the end of comment color block. Thought I would mention it since you have recently expanded the allowable HTML for us poor folk.
