Comment: I'm not going to nitpick on

I'm not going to nitpick on

I'm not going to nitpick on the terminology.

But there is one kind of guns and ammos I would LOOOOOOVE to see in check, in control :

the Federal Government's guns.

They have BIG GUNS. REALLY BIG ones, even when portable. I don't think many Joe Schmo's own this one, for instance:

http://www.military.com/daily-news/2012/09/21/xm25-punisher-...

... while the Feds can own thousands of them - FUNDED BY OUR FREAKING TAXES.

And if we're talking about a proper use of language, btw...

How about looking at WHOM guns are discussed FOR, in the Constitution, shall we?

So, now to my actual question:

where THE FREAKING HELL is it written in the Constitution that hypothetical peer of the 2nd Amendment that would read something like :

"A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of THE STATE, the right of THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

?

For, I STILL can't find it. Maybe I missed it. Where THE FREAKING HELL is it written ?

The only thing I CAN FIND is the 2nd Amendment - and I CAN ONLY read it LITERALLY.

It takes about THE PEOPLE'S right. And a NON-INFRINGEMENT that is NON-negotiable - they used "SHALL NOT".

"Cyril" pronounced "see real". I code stuff.
