Just Curious,

but are you a "Christian Anarchist" of the Leo Tolstoy variety? Although I am a Christian and an anarchist, I do not refer to myself as a "Christian Anarchist" because that term became synonymous with the movement of those who took Christ's directive to "turn the other cheek" as an absolute commandment, essentially endorsing absolute pacifism. They believe not only that initiating violence is immoral, but that even retaliatory violence can never be justified. Certainly that variety of Christian must necessarily be anarchistic, as the nature of government is violence. Interestingly, they are not only anarchistic, but also antinomian, as no variety of law enforcement, even one without a monopoly, can function without some form of violence.

In any event, if you have not done so, investigate the works of Leo Tolstoy, Ammon Hennacy, and others of their ilk.
