What I find more interesting, from airtime and intra organizational POV, the fact that they'd spend more time spinning what little 'truths' they do communicate.

15% 'truth', and 85% of the time spinning that said 15% 'truth'.

I always wondered about the metrics, the quantificaions of a liar, 'evil' person, etc.

Seriously can you be a Dr. Mengle for 85% of your life, but devote 15% of every waking hr of one's remaining time on earth repenting and actively helping out the weak, the meek, the disadvantaged, etc?

I mean technically, are you a 'liar' liar, per-se, if, like CNN you 'only' lie 46% of the time?? LOL
