This fight takes about 30 seconds out of each contributors day.
So, I doubt that would compete with any other efforts a person has.

I have to say, I have a bone in me that resists placation when it comes to action verses inaction.
So, for the sake of not holding people back, I wouldn't be too reassuring.

If you can share some of the things you are monitoring, that would be appreciated.
