This was a crisis set-up. Most everything were gun parts and not the entire gun! This man did have a dealer's license and it did expire. Poor oversight, maybe. But 3 days later this raid took place. Also let it be known that Jay was the guy the local police went to as their own gunsmith! There is much more to this tale than is being told......
