Psychopaths - just about all of them:
aggressive narcissism
socially deviant lifestyle ('politician' fits that description)
lack of empathy
over-inflated sense of self-worth
failure to accept responsibility for one's actions
continuously leeching off other people (all the political perks)
disregard for other's rights

This is so sad and so wrong. There's no reason to use DU especially since tungsten is just as effective when it comes to protecting tanks. They are doing this to cause pain and suffering. There can be no other explanation.
