Given the number of children murdered/year by firearms (2,186) it would take almost A THOUSAND YEARS to reach two million ("millions"). But assault rifle murders are a miniscule amount of all murders; it would be more like TENS OF THOUSANDS OF YEARS. How about we focus on the big numbers: congenital anomalies and childhood diseases.
