While I abhor socialism, there are a couple of ways to destroy the beast.
1) If you've got cash, keep buying precious metals until the socialist regime's currency is worthless.
2) If you're jobless, get on the dole. The more people on the government dole the quicker the socialist sow goes dry. Just be prepared to fend for yourself when the sow has no milk to offer. (Personally I prefer private charity to public assistance.)
