Fed & Washington are crushing the States

It won't happen of course but the message is clear. The states are increasingly being left to fend for themselves and productive states are paying for less productive states. States want to and increasingly have to take care of themselves.

Here is the rub for poor Rick: much of the Texas economic miracle that Perry is so proud of comes from attracting Federally funded gov't jobs.
