I couldn't agree more with that statement. My concern lies with the millions of consumers that are thinking they're doing the right thing by trying to eat healthy, and buying these "pre-washed" packages, and simply dumping their contents on their families plates. I never bought in to that "pre-washed" claim as being "enough". I also applaud any article that tries to shed some light on it. I just wish they would have gone a little further and mentioned gardening. Who's to say they didn't and the editor-in-chief overruled?
