could God WANT you to be led by a slaver and a butcher?

Don't think of it as me judging your words, but rather whether they're "your words" or Romans 13. I don't see anything in there about your hierarchy of submissions; "God, family, community then government."

I guess it boils down to this spin on it for me; could God WANT you to be led by a slaver and a butcher, and if you find yourself led by such a man, what should you do?

7 Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.

8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
