Libertarians should treat each person separately based on his/her individual actions. Supporting group demands of others (groups have no rights only demands) is not wise. I suggest to put issues about immigration and gays on the back burner until free-market capitalism is restored (no welfare, hetero pride parade is allowed, etc.) Opposing "group rights" propaganda is also in line with Libertarian ideas.
Focusing on economy is the most wise thing to do. Since affirmative-action is a devastating blow to private business and freedom, we should target it too. Because even if we are successful to pursuade the majority, it will take 1-2 generations for full transition.
