This thread is about the inhumane factory farms, not whether meat is good for you. And, btw, if you don't think cows are slaughtered after the dairy factories are done getting all the milk from them they can, then you don't know what's going on in these factory farms.

But since you opened the door to health, to refresh your memory of what you said about Linda McCartney, here's your quote:

So since you opened the door on that subject, man has thrived on a plant-based diet. In fact, until the time of Noah, man was vegan. So much for the paleo theory. Even after meat was permitted, the meat-based diet was what the rich ate. The findings in mummies (the ultra-rich) showed coronary heart disease, which they didn't get from vegetables.
