Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.

Sit cross legged on the floor or in a straight back chair with your feet on the floor. Keep your spine straight. Do some quiet deep breaths. Quiet your mind by envisioning using a feather to sweep away thoughts as they appear. Focus on your slow even breathing.

Close your eyes and allow your eyes to gently look upward toward the space between your eyes above your eyebrows. Envision a light there. This is your spiritual eye. Focus there.

Listen inside your mind, near the crown of your head, for the whisper of your own inner spirit or higher self to guide you. Trust your higher self above any advice from others.
