"the fulness of His atoning work upon the cross" is not accepted in Mormonism, because in Mormonism salvation is not totally dependent on it, but relies on it only "after all you can do" to save your self. Also, if you look into older Mormon teachings of Mormon prophets in the journal of discourses, you'll see that the old Mormon practice of 'blood atonement'(where people had to pay for some sins with their own blood where the blood of Jesus wasn't good enough) demonstrates that the Mormon view of Jesus's atonement is not as full as the Christian view. In the Christian view, it seems counter intuitive that if Jesus's blood wasn't good enough to pay for some sins, that our own vile blood could do a better job.
