I didn't postulate anything. I know what "standing army" means as opposed to just an army.

It does not say "there will be no armies in times of peace". It says "there will be no standing armies" in times of peace.

You need to know what standing means. I do.

When you research that more and figure it out, I said - you could put them under command of the navy, and it would fit the constitution better and be the same.

Also - there was probably an attempt at just that at one point - so airships are air ships.
