(video) Using Paper Towels to Clean Gulf Oil Spill

Keeping with the topic of Paper Towels used for oil clean ups...

When I first saw this 3 years ago, I just shook my head in disbelief.
BP hired workers to clean oil off of marsh grass using paper towels. Here's the CNN video showing it: http://www.cnn.com/video/#/video/us/2010/06/01/ac.tuchman.gu...

62,000 barrels per day, the sea-floor oil gusher flowed unabated for three months (87 days). According to the satellite images, the spill directly impacted 68,000 square miles (180,000 km2) of ocean which is comparable to the size of Oklahoma. Estimates of the residual ranged from a 2010 NOAA report that claimed about half of the oil remained below the surface to independent estimates of up to 75%.
